HOODSPORT 2003 Columbia Valley Chardonnay Lush tropical fruits and melons carry through this wine from start to finish. The emphasis here is on the ripe fruit with light touches of oak. Typical of Northwest Chardonnay this wine finishes with a bracing zip of acidity. HOODSPORT WINERY is located on the rural Olympic Peninsula in Washington State with majestic views of the Olympic Mountains and the Hood Canal. Pods of Orca Whales are frequent visitors to our part of the world. The artwork on this bottle is a tribute to the native people and wildlife indigenous to our region.
