Cab Franc The 1999 Yakima Valley Cabernet Franc is one of our new wines this year. It has intense cherry and floral flavors rounded off with vanilla and cassis aromas. The forward fruit flavors and structure will hold through to give a complex fruit dominated wine. This is a fresh and fruity wine with limited aging potential.
